Terms and Conditions – ONPOINT SKYRIDERS

  1. Service Agreement:

By engaging with Rope ONPOINT SKYRIDERS  for any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and ONPOINT SKYRIDERS.

  1. Scope of Services:

We will provide the services as described on our website and agreed upon in writing or verbally with the client. Any changes or additional services requested by the client may incur extra charges and will be subject to mutual agreement.

  1. Pricing and Payment:

The pricing for our services will be provided in a detailed quote, which includes all applicable taxes and fees. Payment is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise specified in the quote. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, or electronic transfer.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  1. Safety:

We prioritize the safety of our team and clients. Our technicians  are trained and certified in rope access techniques and adhere to strict safety protocols. However, the client must ensure a safe working environment, including providing access to the site, securing necessary permits, and notifying us of any potential hazards.

  1. Liability:

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and integrity of our services, ONPOINT SKYRIDERS will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by unforeseen circumstances, negligence, or actions beyond our control. We recommend that clients secure appropriate insurance coverage for their property and assets.

  1. Confidentiality:

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information without prior consent. We may, however, use project-related photographs or testimonials for promotional purposes, with the client’s permission.

  1. Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property, designs, or concepts created or developed by ONPOINT SKYRIDERS during the provision of services shall remain the property of ONPOINT SKYRIDERS unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

  1. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement for services upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these terms and conditions. In such cases, any outstanding payments or fees will become immediately due.

 

  1. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

By engaging with ONPOINT SKYRIDERS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
